Yesterdays gain and awful day ..woke up today the sun is shining an early morning stroll on the sussex downs feeling better already

It's amazing what a bit of sunshine can do for us, Newyork and I'm very envious, as we're back to rain today

Soak up those rays and enjoy the feelgood factor. Those pesky pounds will be history soon

Ahh... love the Sussex downs, my dad used to play golf at Waterhall. Been a Yorkshire adoptee for last 30 years now, but still hanker after the chalk hills and Jack and Jill.

Those pounds gained will soon disappear again, Newyork2017!

Take me with you ... Not feeling it at the moment. Just been to the doctors for a blood test feeling tired all the time. Todays dog walk was cut to 45 mins just didnt have the energy still something is better than norhing 💕💕🐶🐶🐾🐾
