New to weight loss regimes. Started 12 week programme 4 weeks ago. Since then numerous family factors have caused great stress. Nothing that can be done on that front, however how do people cope when trying to keep a regime of eating healthy and exercising when out visiting hospitals, as being away is so difficult, not having the comfort of my kitchen and able to do my exercises when I can is playing on my mind.
So far lost 2 inches off waist, brought bmi down from obese to just inside normal and BP down from 158/ 94 to 122/77. Don't want to get back into old habits.
Need to get fitter. Weight loss is part of this programme, but after a health scare in the new year my kids have inspired me to start looking after myself again. Long time since I did any real exercise, approx 19 years ago and I was then really fit and skinny then. Don't want that level again just want to be able to enjoy life without worrying re health.
