Excellent , what a huge loss! It takes time to master maintenance , do it slowly, I found just adding around 100 cals at a time, over a couple of months helped to stabilise .
If you don't mind me asking how much did you lose and how long have you been maintaining??
In April 2014 , I was 12st which was overweight for my height 5ft 5. I lost it slowly by calorie counting and healthier eating but still had "party" foods /drinks, holidays etc. in moderation.
By Mar 2015 reached my happy size of 9st 12. Since then I've been maintaining in the range 9st 7 to 10st max. It's a way of life now. I dont weigh or measure foods anymore but I do weigh myself and if I gain more than 3 lbs, I calorie count for a week or so to keep things in check.
Ps I suggest you carry on calorie counting for 3 months until you are sure of your personal maintenance level.... then you can slowly relax a bit, not a lot, but a bit 😊
You look fabulous well done what a transformation and inspiration
