I am 44. In March 2017 I was put on several medications (anti anxiety, antidepressants and anti psychotics). In the last 6 months I have put on 2 stones which is really getting me down.
I'm hoping that healthy eating and exercise will help me reduce some of this gain.
Looking forward to receiving and giving support on this forum.

Hi there, sorry that you are suffering this weight gain too. I’m meeting my psychiatrist this week, but i’m reluctant to change meds as i do feel well mentally. I wIll ask him if the weight goes down as quickly as it increased once we are off the meds.
