That is my first weigh in since my decision to lose weight and it is a 4lb loss. Now, I am celebrating but also reminding myself that is is the first weigh in, so I tend to lose more initially and also that I am now 17 stone so have to take these smaller steps to a larger goal. My initial goal is 16 stone but mainly just losing anything...ANYTHING will make that elusive 12.5 stone goal. That is still classed as overweight, but I have curves, I have larger curves than I should have but I still love curves, so 12-13 stone suits me fine.
Anyway, that is the first chunk away and I am thrilled!
Good luck everyone xxx
p.s. Anyone else weigh in mid week? I would love to join a weigh in group???

Well done, Josie. I started 8 weeks ago and have had my ups and downs. One week the loss was tiny, but it was a step in the right direction. The 1-2lb target is achievable as an average and I prefer to aim for this, and eat a little less of the food I really like than cut drastically. I find the emphasis on happiness as key, as most of my slip ups have been comfort eating - so i recommend that you see the pinned post on that, if you have not already done so. The video is good and it is worth writing something down . At the very least, you can read it through if you feel down, and remember your earlier happiness and thankfulness.
