Looking forward to being part of this community. I'm 5'10 and most of my life have eaten quite healthily and weight hasn't been a problem but now I've hit 60 I'm finding I'm putting on weight. I need to lose about a stone and have found it very hard sticking to a diet. Being tall, if I mention I'm on a diet people always so 'oh for goodness sake you don't need to worry' and that is just not helpful!
