I am new and I have been told I have to loose weight for health reasons. really struggled in the past but hopefully I will succeed this time. pretty determined. looking forward to this next step towards a healthier me and reading accounts of others successes.

Have a look through the "Topic" section also on the right below the pinned posts, there are lots of information on healthy eating and exercise.
We run a daily weigh-in from Monday to Saturday. Some of the days are now full but we still have places between Wednesday to Saturday so please come and join us all. You will find the Weigh-ins posted in the "Events" section on the Home page.
Feel free to join in with any of the challenges in the pinned post section. They are fun to do and good as keeping us all motivated.
Good afternoon cjw123. I too have just started with a 3 stone problem! My own fault of course - nobody forced the food into me but I am now determined to get it off. I wish you well with your endeavours and am sure that "mind over matter" will be your mantra until the weight loss is complete. Good luck to us all - it is tricky getting to grips with it but a necessary endeavour.
