So.. Last week I kind of gave up. I had 3 terrible days of eating and didn't attend any of my gym classes at all. However, this week im back on the plan and wondering if i should buy a scale to start weighing the food I eat? does this actually help?

Hi Tavsa
Yay, great to hear your back on the plan after 3 terrible days. I use kitchen scales all the time when preparing food otherwise my portion sizes would be all over the place, it does help keep the calories in check.
That a look at The "January Amnesty" post in the pinned post section. You may find it helpful to keep you on track.
Enjoy your week.

definitely, I use the scales in the kitchen to measure out portions of rice or pasta, oats etc. It helps keep to one portion or times by how ever many portions you require - it keeps me good, I highly recommend.
Yes - kitchen scales are invaluable I've found. I've always eaten too much cos I guessed what a portion would be, when I should have halved it all! It's no effort to do and will help keep you on track.
