Just made a pot of soup to have as a healthier lunch option.
2 celery
2 carrots
1 onion
2 garlic
2 chicken breasts
2 chicken stock cubes.
Handful of parsley
Handful of noodles or sliced spaghetti
Feeds 6 and super filling as I blitz it with a handblender for 2-3 seconds so thick to keep you fuller for longer.
