Just joined as I have 3.5 stone to lose, decided this is the year to get fut and healthy and lose my fat once and for all. One incentive is that in 12 weeks I go on a 19 day jaunt round the Cyclad Islands ( being P A for my photographer son who's running some workshops over there). Need all the support I can get so am going to be checking in on here pretty regularly I reckon!! Good luck to everyone on here! ☺

Hi Cracker10 and thanks very much. I need all the motivation and support going as I currently live with my daughter and her family, and pizza is their favourite food, lol!
I'll certainly be checking out the forum etc regularly.
Best wishes

Hi Red 13 you will get this programme done we will give you all the support.Take one day at a time. Also I write my journal and try Some Excercise Sean T25 and Steps DVD.Lots of liquids all day too.Good luck,
Thanks for that Ria888, I really need motivation! I'm 57 and weight i so much harder to shift when you get older, and like many people, I just didn't notice the weight creeping on, then last year I had a really debilitating illness which made me put even more weight on! So, been really good all day, and I know that the first couple of weeks are the hardest, so will no doubt be a regular on here! I've got a fitness regime that I used last time I lost weight a few years back (got down to almost my target weight too) so will be digging that out too. Good luck to you too!
