Chocolate rice cakes

I discovered these yesterday. I don't have a sweet tooth but thought they might be good for those of you that do. Only 55 calories each and have the fibre as well as the sweetness.

They are nice and very possibly part of my downfall. You can get them from Tesco and in the run up to Christmas, trying to be healthy, I discovered them. Trouble is they pack 6.4g of carbs, plus sugar, plus fat, so I have to ignore the remaining pack in the naughty cupboard.

However they are half the everything of a normal choccy rice cake and a fair bit smaller so for those not worried about carbs a great treat.

Looking at the Kallo website they might also come in packs of 2 if that helps with the temptation?

Too many dead carbs for me sadly As I found out in the run up to Christmas and fell of the no booze and limited dead carbs rule, I piled the weight on lol
