Thought I would share this image with you all. I need to loose at least 20 pounds - that's four bricks I am carrying around my middle!! Seeing what 5 pounds of fat looks like is gross and I have 4 times that - no wonder my joints and knees are bad. Worse still, just think what all that fat is doing to my internal organs.

A timely reminder indeed. Today, so far, just had a huge bowl of porridge with some spicy dried fruit compote on top, and a spoonful of natural yogurt, + two cups of tea and a mid-morning mug of coffee. That will hold me until lunchtime I think! However, I must remember my portion control....

just looking at that fat makes me feel physically sick ,this is only my first dieting week ,need to loose 28 lbs ,the sight of that fat will certainly keep me motivated .
Yeah, that's kinda scary! I have about 80lbs to go. It's funny how I'd refuse to carry 16 bricks around all day, but it's a struggle to persuade myself to lose the equivalent weight from my own hips!

If you're carrying 4 bricks then I must be carrying the entire house! Because I have another 2 stone to lose lol!
I equate weight to newborn babies - each half a stone = one newborn. Having lost 4.5 stone, I was carrying around 9 newborn babies! I'm only 4ft 9" - no wonder I struggled to get around!
