It could be ok, rather boring tho, and why limit foods? Lots of other stuff too.

Hi, I'm not sure about the nutrition... But it could be that - like me - you find it less distracting to narrow your food choices? If so, maybe expand the options a bit then mix and match, eg. when I'm away I usually alternate chicken / tuna / feta cheese with wholemeal rice or pasta, plus salad. Just a thought! 😊

What you could do is make different sauces based on all the other ingredients that give you the nutrients you need. For example you could use a spinach and red pepper/garlic base to make a tomato sauce to pour over the chicken - or use it as a casserole sauce. That way you could stick to a simple choice of foods, but add the nutrition it lacks.

Its could work well actually as half the problem is finding things to cook! Sometimes it is easier to stick to the same base foods!

There are so many different combinations of vegetables to use and they can be cooked and blended in advance - I often blend and freeze in a bag. That way there is always a nutritious sauce available.

A very low boredom threshold ? Seriously though, presumably you mean these 4 items just as main meal ideas - you could add fish, eggs, fruit and more vegetables. For breakfast there are so many ways of having eggs. See below link for NHS eating Plan which is a proven and much more interesting way to lose weight.

I know that sounds terse but I couldn't possibly manage on so few items for a whole month.

I would buy frozen diced onions and frozen sliced peppers because I am too lazy to chop but happy to stir!

As others have said, it’s certainly possible but also an incredibly boring way to eat. As such, you’re likely to return to former eating habits, due to the lack of variety. Moreover, there’s very little healthy fat included in your meal suggestion.

Nonetheless, you’ve also been provided with numerous helpful alternatives, to ensure that boredom is avoided.

A weekend favourite of mine (since Saturday and Sunday mornings allow more time) is to enjoy avocado baked eggs.

Simply slice a large avocado in half and remove the stone. Remove a small amount of the skin from the outside of each half, so that they sit flat upon a baking tray, before cracking a medium egg into each half.

Season with a little salt, black pepper and chilli flakes (if they’re to your liking) before carefully placing them in the oven to cook at 200F for 15-20 minutes. Streaky bacon can also be added, to cook alongside, while the filter coffee machine glugs away.

Once ready, remove the avocado baked eggs and bacon from the oven, pour coffee into a mug, not forgetting the double cream (well, it is the weekend) and enjoy, while you watch Soccer AM or BBC Breakfast, for example, before getting on with your weekend.

Never tried avocado and egg before - love streaky bacon, sounds lovely and well worth trying.

Give them a go. Hopefully, you'll be impressed.

Sorry to say this: but you would get so bored, and it won't last, not to say you need more nutrition that those could offer. From all I read and experienced, it's about changing lifestyle, the only way to maintain weight loss, otherwise you lose it and put it back on easily.
