First of all, merry christmas and all that jazz. Yesterday morning before I left for my folk's home I weighed myself. After last week's success of 2lbs lost, I have lost another 2lbs this week. So my weight is now 14 st 10 lbs. It's hard to keep going especially over the holiday (which is 20% naps and 50% food... 15% alcohol...) But I'm going to suggest to my family that we still go on a walk around the fields nearby with our cameras and sketch books for my little brother.
I want to stay active over the slobbiest holiday to make sure that by January, my hard work isn't already lost.
One of the largest changes I've noticed is that I don't want to eat as many sweets or larger portions as much now. I think about my intake a lot more and don't feel that I need more to feel better.
Also my love of tea is back in full swing. I already have a cupboard dedicated to all my teas but now I'm drinking them more again rather than sweet drinks. Green tea is a daily must. Along with water which I drink about 5 large glasses of per day.
