Hi there! I have put in another day of walking and not binged in 4days and walked 5 days. I am really trying to relax my mind and body not to binge and not to listen to my negativity mind. And I am trying to take one day at a time. It can be hard. I am all or nothing kind of person. I am really trying just to work on walking. I will stop counting on the 7th day knowing I walked a week is a great goal to finish for a start for me. Then I will start slowly on the eating goals after my food after 2 weeks of walking.

Post away, loads of people post several times a week or even several times a day. If posting every day helps then just do it! Congrats on keeping the negativity at bay. Keep looking for distractions (this site is my favourite distraction )

Hi and keep going - posting, hey that's what we are all here for to listen to the worries and celebrate with the successes (the successes may be anything like I didn't eat bread today to I managed my 200 steps today )
Small goals are the best to achieve and we will all celebrate them with you however big or small they seem to you

Posting every day encourages support, allowing focus to be retained.
Moreover, by introducing changes gradually, less self-burden is placed as you figure what works and what doesn't.
Posting is super supported it keeps you focused on your goals. If you need help you understand someone will be on forum and understands. Your walking will be walking like the miles themselves, clearing your mind of old habits. Cheers to you and continue the motivation.
