Thanks for that phrase Richard 👍 I have actually screen shot it for future reference as the first part has a very emotional place in my heart, from being a child I was never good enough in my parents eyes. So I will take a peek if ever I feel down again.

I will be savouring every moment as my week off comes to an end - been quite lazy this week and chilled out and relaxed, my sleeping has improved greatly

Off to plan next week's meals so i can make sure I have all the ingredients for my packed lunches etc
