Here I am. Week nine starting to fall behind my goal. Lost a steady 1lb a week so far. My first gain today. Too busy to keep track. And eat breakfast. Came on here to see how you are all doing and hopefully find some motivation.

Hi Jancwms,

Welcome to the Weight Loss NHS forum. Congratulations on losing a pound a week since you started the NHS 12 week plan, and you mention that you're on Week 9 now, so does that mean you've lost a total of 8 or 9 pounds? You are elligible to have a 7lb Weight loss badge if you'd like one. Then work up to a 1 stone badge, if you want to lose that much weight of course. I don't know what your ultimate goal is, but the 7lb badge is the first one we could offer you - if you'd like one, just let either myself or moreless know, and we'd be very happy to award it to you.

Maybe join in our Challenges - in the Pinned posts to motivate you further? Or the Monday group weigh-in if you'd like to weigh in alongside a group of supportive and enthusiastic people? I find all those things really do help keep going and sustain motivation. Just a few options to consider.

To only have one gain in 9 weeks is a success if you ask me! :) you've still managed a steady weight loss overall sometimes life gets in the way but it's important to try and put your health first! and that means trying to make time for breakfast. I have a lot of "travel" breakfast foods or I take porridge to work with me and put it in the microwave, as I am rubbish at breakfast too!!

You'll get back on track :) just view this week as a little bump in the road! you've already done so well so you know you can definitely do it :)

Every pound lor adds up to success ok there are going to be weeks no wright loss or even gain this is where we need to stay focused forget the gain remember Onwards and Downwards and we will succeed 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀good luck this site is amazing for support and encourgment🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒

Everyone has these blips 😕 Soubds like you know where you went wrong and you will soon get the scales going the right way 😊

Remember to measure yourself too as inches can be lost even when pounds aren't 😊
