Wow! that seems pretty hectic. I need to plan my meals, then worry about how to fit the exercise in as I have to wait in for the gardener and the boiler man but I will find time for the gym as they have all new equipment and I want to go and check it out. I can't do hectic workouts anymore because of angina, but I do what I can. (Mental note: must take up yoga again - it doesn't lose weight but it makes me feel good).
Good morning to you too ! I plan my meals too..... I absolutely refuse to compromise when it comes to eating good food I adore it; I love cooking, the prep, cooking, and even cleaning up after is therapy to me..... I batch cook my favourite recepies but I'm very strict on portion sizes, I have to be if I want to eat my favourite foods, a 'small portion' of whatever is preferable to a large plate of beansprouts. I use a small bowl, put a freezer bag in side and add a serving spoon of whatever it is I've cooked ( chicken casserole, beef in red wine ) whatever and just add veg.... All is freezable! I find writing my food down helps as I can get forgetful 😜 I'm a loather of exercise myself but understand and want the benefits from it so I compromise by going on long dog walks and cross training.....
