Oh, dear! Not a good night! Had a healthy salad for tea. It wasn't very nice though because I added carrot chips ( they'd gone soft!), dried mango (gone hard!) and various other things that really didn't go together. Ever since then I've been thinking and drooling over food - looking and reading out the new autumn menu of a local eaterie to my poor long suffering husband! Then I ate some salted popcorn.......now I've just made a piece of toast with lovely butter....
I hope I've finished now!! But it's only five past nine- I think I'd better get an early night before I do any more damage! One of those days - that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
Hope you're all being more controlled than me! ππππ€

I know it goes against the grain to waste food, (my mother would have been horrified) but I have learnt that I need to enjoy every mouth full of my food in order to feel satisfied, so now if I am not enjoying something I don't eat it. I have something else quick and healthy instead, scrambled egg or tinned soup make good standbys.
I agree totally π Food I don't enjoy is a waste of calories π It important to like what we eat or I get cravings π
I don't think that's bad, quite reasonable actually.
My very good friend said what she does is boil eggs hard cools them down and puts them in the fridge and if she gets hungers eats one and it fills her and she not eating high cal so am going to give that a try
