Back again...

Here we go again. From January until June I went from 14st.1lb to 12st.6lbs which I was really pleased about. I'm 5'6" and 69 years of age and have been a yoyo dieter since forever. Had loads going on in the summer - family visiting for 3 weeks from Australia, holidays, BBQ's, social events so decided to put my diet on hold and, of course, the inevitable has happened - I've put on half a stone! But (I hope) this is where things are different. Before I went off diet I said to myself I would start again when I got back from my weeks holiday in September. We got back yesterday and to my astonishment I got up this morning and immediately got onto the computer to write this post and stop the rot before any more damage is done. This is nothing short of a miracle as previously the rot would have been well and truly set in and it would have been after Christmas before I came to my senses and tried again. What's different this time? This site, that's what. I got so much encouragement last time from all you lovely people which helped me no end - so thank you!

I am impressed you only put on 7 lbs after all that fun you must have still been maintaining healthier choices subconsciously. You can lose it again. Good luck
