I'm feeling so motivated! I've never been able to stick to a diet before but I've stuck to it this week and I've lost 4 pounds! Walking a lot will have also helped but I honestly just can't beleive it. Getting fit is fun!!

Wow, this is a very motivating post, and many Congratulations to you for losing 4 pounds in your first week, that is really great! Glad you've been enjoying your walking, it's great exercise, isn't it.
Getting fit is definitely fun, and I hope you have another really great week ahead.

Keep up the good work and don't you feel so much better when you feel the excess weight we carry melting away. I've lost 11 pounds and already I feel so much lighter. It's like freedom from being weighed down. I also feel healthier😃

Well done on sticking to this for a week, that's a big step and you should be very proud. When I first started I took it a day at a time and then a week and so forth...now it is a lot easier! You will get there and you will be so proud of yourself. You can do this!
