I have put grapes and sweetcorn in salads before, but I see on your photo you have used strawberries too! Must try that when I next have a salad :D

Hello yes strawberry are nice plus I used to have a sweet but I just put a little fruit on my salard and that's it all the best with your life style change xx

It's amazing isn't it how you can still have a lovely big plate of food and still come in low cal. It's all about the extra bits you can add without loading on the calories. Looks good! :-)
