I can't believe I never know this web site existed you are such lovely inspiring people I feel so great reading replies been so positive I have wiped away them tears and today has definiatly been my new start and with all the help on here if in doubt or I'm having a bad day I now know where to come .........not reach for chocolate crisp takeaways cream cake!
