Here is a video of me and my grandson Thomas getting ready before we go out on a 1 mile long training run. Thomas is hoping to run the fun run, with grandad, in Ipswich before I embark on the Half Marathon.
Exercise may seem tough but it needn't be. Go slow, enjoy it and you'll want to go back for more. Go fast, it will hurt and you won't want to do it any more. Slow is best.
Go on losers, get one's bottom out the door and do some exercise. The biggest burner of fat in the body is muscle so get them working. You know it makes sense.....
