trying to reset my brain into the good place it was in back in the spring. Have had a wonderful holiday - and so returning to make good my ways and to bring myself back to routine. Hopefully getting more sleep and rest will help. Had a cycle and a run today, so used up some calories. Both activities felt fine - but I just feel like I am a heavy load to carry on a run. Keeping at it - and having entered an open water swim race in September, will begin to train for it - stamina for a mile in water required. Done before, so know I can do it again.
