Checking in to the Monday morning group, for your stats, and to fix this in my mind! 16 st 5lbs again this week. I am going to write down what I eat for a while, and maybe increase brekky to 2 Shredded Wheat, as I am quite hungry by 11, with trying to do more housework these days....and I dont want to do nibbling!!

Haha. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place....I know I do seem to go round in circles getting on here!! I am going to weigh myself during this week, and remember to do my two fasting days. Thanks for support!
