Have been changing my diet for approx. 7 months now and feel it's the healthiest it's ever been. Out of all my friends I probably eat the healthiest but am the biggest - go figure! I'm struggling on the exercise front though.
There is so much conflicting information on what you should and shouldn't do! I haven't really lost any weight which is frustrating considering the big change in diet.
I need to find motivation, any tips on how much exercise I should be doing every week to have a loss? Any advice is much appreciated xx
