Well done on losing 2lbs, did you join the Monday weigh-in? Not sure if you work or not, but homemade soups are good for lunch, or tuna/egg/chicken salad and some fruit.
I really wanted to but I wasn't sure I would be able to keep up with any comments that came as a reply.
I am volunteering a lot in my community so sometimes get an hour for lunch or less and like to grab something quick. I totally forgot about soup. Thanks for the help.
I supplement the bread for crackers. Not too many but crackerbreads are really low calorie. Yummy with marmite on. Some of the cup a soups are low calorie too. Quick and simple when I am at work. Fruit pots are tasty and not too bad but I do drain off the juice. Hope you find this useful. Xx. PS. I sometimes have marmite crackerbtreads for breakfast when I have a toast craving!!
I have some rice cakes, which I may have to start eating with a low fat spread on to see if that helps. I'm such a lover of carbs I'm sure it's the main reason I've piled the weight on.
