We wake to a new dawn and whatever that brings ???
Now to the important stuff ! Lol !! . Weigh in today and I've lost 3.2Ib ๐ Not quite got rid of the 3 and 1/2 Ib I put on last week but I'm happy with my results.
This week I've just 'done' the plan and it works ๐. I'm doing the re-boot challange with Zest and for me week 6 has really helped me refocus and reminded me to try new ideas for meals and snacks๐
Following a recent post by Hidden 'being productive' I realised I needed to be 'productive' and I'm pleased to say I start volunteering at a local food bank next week and I'm really looking forward to it.
Wow, you sound really motivated this week! The volunteering work is a great idea, you will meet people and make friends, and hopefully burn off some calories moving things about. (Remember to take care with your back - bend the knees when lifting). Just hope the food surrounding you doesn't make you feel hungry!
I won't be lifting anything, serving tea and coffee but it's a start ! So looking forward to it๐. Doing a bit of dog sitting and loving it too, it's all good and feeling much happier and surprise, surprise eating less !
You're on a roll now, your lightbulb moments have all contributed to your new, determined, confident, positive mind set. You go girl!
I think it's marvellous that you're volunteering at a food bank and I'm sure that seeing people that can't afford even the basics in life, will make you think twice about putting unnecessary and unwanted calories in your mouth. You're going to love having something so meaningful to do and they're going to love having you - it's a perfect match! Enjoy!
3.2 pounds is fab and just shows that having a week off for a holiday etc. doesn't have to be diet over as look how quickly you have gotten it back off again.
