Im watching my 600 lbs life on TLC right now. My heart just bleeds for this woman. 😯😮😦😢 Her food addiction has robbed her of life. These shows always freak me out and motivate me at the same time.

It is a hard watch. There's also a program called Obese A Year to Savor My Life which is very good. There's an American one and a British one. The American one is a big eye opener, a lot of them a very large, but end up doing very well.

Me too I love watching any shows that are about weight loss as it always gives me a boost. When you hear from professionals on these shows of the health problems you could be causing by overeating and it scares me into action and when I've gotten started on a diet it keeps me going
