I'm actually new to this -I bought some sugar-free gelatin desserts, and had two, I really liked the sweet fruity taste. I think it was TheHud who mentioned sugar-free jelly on this forum, and I wanted to try it. One portion, 100 g, is only 37 calories, so this could become one of my favourite snacks.

Hi tidirhin2548,
Sounds like a pretty good idea for a guilt free snack!
What make did you purchase?

Hi hartleys sugar free jelly is the one the hud got, I get it in the sachet form you can get buy them for about 70 pence for 2 it's easy to make and only 16 calories for the whole bowl lol not that I'm advising you to eat it all at once. I mentally thank the hud every day for telling us about it, I was away for a few day's last week and I took the sachets with me. Good luck on your weight loss onwards and downwards, ☺👍
