Slight increase, obviously eating too much of the wrong things: ice-creams. Also too much beer. BP creaping up slightly. This week should be a more stable one with no eating-out evenings planned. The 13st barrier is still proving difficult, but I will get there.
Ice-creams are also a favourite of mine. I can understand that temptation to eat more of those, especially in sunnier weather! You're doing well though, as you've only gained 0.75 pound, and you're keeping up with your exercise etc.
Like you say, you'll get there, and that 13 stone barrier will be no more!
