Confession. I have sinned. After an ok week calorie-wise, a lunch with friends involving cheese and cocktails my calorie counter is up to 2200 (and probably a little bit more!) My fitness pal bar chart is all skewed now! Had a lovely time but now I have food guilt. Now I have confessed all I will try and move on. Thanks for listening ☺

Tomorrow is a whole new day ....look forwards and not backwards, feeling guilty does nobody any favours!

Don't forget, you can always run up the stairs a few extra times, or wash the car or mow the lawn, to make yourself feel better?

I might need quite a lot of stairs... or a HUGE car ☺ But you are right, tomorrow is another day!

Could be worse, I did that one evening and realised I hadn't logged lunch yet either ... That was a big total haha.

Fresh start tomorrow :)

Hi jacko123 😔

don't feel to down. Put yesterday down as a little blip in your weight loss journey, learn from it but don't dwell.

Like everyone else has said today is a new day, try to make good choices and you will still see a loss tomorrow at the weigh in (if you join in?)

I too had a bad (but fantactic) day yesterday went to crealy, a local amusement park and ate chips, a donut and a magnum ice cream 😯 first naughty day in a while so don't feel too bad.

Good luck with today. Claire x

Don't beat yourself up. We all have days were we have a little slip just try and make up for it the next day. Good luck xx

These things happen ( in fact I had a similar day yesterday , also well over on calories !) The important thing is it is just a bump in the road so get back on the horse and carry on !

Just concentrate on having what you were planning to have for the rest of your week. Don't try to make up for it, or it may put too much pressure on you. Just have what you should have. I find if I try to make up for it, I end up overeating again. Whereas if I don't try to I can often come in a little lower.

Hi Jacko123,

Don't feel bad , I've just read this after managing to eat a load of ginger biscuits with my cups of tea. We are not alone in having blips but we will be stronger for them .good luck
