I don't know if you're aware of the NHS 12 Week Plan (nhs.uk/livewell/weight-loss... and I don't know if you could fit it in around your work schedule, there is also a challenge that is being run at the moment where members are re-booting (or starting) the 12 week plan as a group - that post can be found here: healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
Zest and her "Fab 5'ers" run a weekly group weigh in too, Lowcal posts a thread around 6:30am and then again at around midday each Monday, the Monday just gone's posts can be found here:

Please check out all the various Challenges that are taking place in the forum at the moment as well - the 'Re-boot' challenge would be a good one, as it is following the NHS 12 week plan as a group, and if you sign up today you could join us.
There are also regular Monday group weigh-in sessions, so see the 'Events' section for details of those (again right-hand-side of the homepage, about half-way down the page).

I feel for you 😕 My daughter used to work similar shift pattern and it's not the easiest, eating wise 😕 If you can, try to eat a substantial lunch, include carbohydrates and protein to keep you full and give you energy, and take a decent packed meal for your evening break. Her downfall was take aways on the way home 😕
