finding it hard
It is hard Shaz1968, I don't think any of us find it easy. Some days we stick to healthy eating and sometimes we splurge, but as long as we don't give up trying, we are winners. I think I'm using the Royal 'we' here, but it's probably accurate for most of us.
I guess if you keep trying long enough, healthy eating becomes more 'the norm'. I've just had a weetabix cereal bar which wasn't on my plan and has sent me over the days allowance, but intend to reduce tomorrow's intake to make up for it.
Try taking it one day at a time and plan your meals and add a treat in your calorie allowance so you have something to look forward to. Also perhaps give yourself mini goals rather than concentrating on losing over 3 stone, like firstly getting into the 12s. And don't forget to celebrate when you achieve the goal. You're not alone, we struggle daily and this forum is no end of help.
Good luck

Hi Shaz1968,
Just to let you know that I have added your weight (as we agreed) to our Monday group weigh-in post, and hopefully you will have seen that as I notified you of that by tagging your name like this shaz1968 .
I'd like to help you out with a couple of links that you might find helpful:
The first link is to our Welcome Newbie thread, which moreless has put together:

The second link is to a Challenge were some of us are attempting to NHS 12 week plan from Week 1 onwards, so it's a great time to join in with us, if you want to:

Whatever you do, have a great time on the forum, and good luck with your goals.

Hello Shaz1968. I'm not sure if you have already lost weight to get to 13s 3 or if that is your starting point. At the end of Oct 15 I weighed 13s8 and I am currently 10s9 and want to go down to 9s or lower. If I can do it, anyone can.
You will get all the help and support you need to help you on your journey as well as hearing inspiring stories and having a laugh. Very best of luck. Let us know how you get on.
Hello Harobed, i was 16s in september last year and started weight watchers in november there i found out i was 15s 4 so since november i have gone down to 13s 3.
It's always tough, I've lost my appetite through grief, making myself eat tho, I can only be around if I do.
At times it seems a real battle, plan your cals and weight loss and get distracted, it will surprise you at times, bad weeks when you think you've not lost, and you have.
Please remember food never comforts, it just gives fixes for temporary moments
