So weighed myself today and have lost 4lb in my first week. Had a couple of treats over the weekend but i have found in the past if I dont let myself have anything nice it doesnt seem to last. So here is to another week and hopefully another loss.

Woohoo animalmad! That's a great result for your first week! :)

Well done for finding the method that suits you and sticking with it. Keep up the great work and wishing you another fab week :)

That's brilliant animalmad13. I still allow myself treats a couple of times a week but just make sure that I can keep within my calorie allowance for the day. I agree that if you deprive yourself of all the nice stuff it is harder to stick at it. Keep on track and you will surely succeed bit by bit. Hope you have another good week :)

Well done!! :D
