1 week and 1lb later, am liking how my body is responding to my new diet routine of fruits, veggies and (skinny) soups. I joined the gym, but i haven't had any time to go, thanks to my busy work schedule. My office just opened for the 100day 10,000 steps challenge, starting at the end of the month. Am gonna join, since I spend so much time working, I might as well lose some whilst working.

Am liking this direction my life is taking. Whoo hoo!!!
