Hi Everyone, just completed week 2

Hi, I've only lost 0.5lb this week, bit disappointing after my 4lb loss on week 1 but I think it's my body saying 'hang on a minute, what's going on here?!' . I've stayed within my 1400 calories and been walking every day. My mini goal is now to get in the 10's, so 4lb to go. Have a great bank holiday everyone!

My weight goes up and down a lot But overall shows regular 'downs' so please don't be disappointed! If you stick to plan the weight has to come off 😊 Well done and good luck!
