So this weekend hasn't been a good one well calorie wise, it's the first time in years that I've been child free for a whole weekend, I have had so much fun takeaways cider and giggles with friends. I don't regret it one bit but back to calorie counting to day though 😀😀

Thanks I feel more positive now than I did a few weeks back, lots of walk over the weekend so hopefull it balanced it's self out a little bit lol x
