Got back from a fortnights holiday in the sun on Saturday. I have put on 3lbs...I was eating sensibly and no alcohol...I have had a day back on calorie counting and feel much better and am determined to get back to losing weight...I have lost a stone and a half and another 3 stone to go.....+3lbs.......
