Just updating. I started training with couch to 5k 4 weeks ago, tomorrow I start week 3 and still a little amazed I could not jog for 30 seconds to begin with now on to 3 minute runsππππ₯π₯π₯ (ps. Had to do week one 3 times before completing it) xx

Well done whyweight! Slow but sure is the way to go and I couldn't jog for 3 seconds!
I can't either - unless I'm running down a hill and gravity is helping! Β Am tempted to give it a go though - thank you Whyweight - you have inspired me....
