Comfort food

So it's cold and wet with sleet! Decided I needed some warm comforting food so I've had a warm sausage roll, few oven chips and baked beans and switched the heating up. Feeling satisfied and warm, 675 very enjoyable calories and will stay within my 1400 limit today, result! Back to healthy eating tomorrow! I did have skinny green soup and some fruit for lunch so not been totally naughty!

It's unbelievably cold for the end of April!! I am finding it quite difficult, j suppose I have lost two stone of insulation!! Soup sounds good 😊 Enjoy

Brrrrr....feels freezing doesn't it, don't blame your food choices. Your skinny green soup has made me think I might have a green smoothie tomorrow :-)
