Hi everybody
I'm just back from a week cooking for ten in the South of France....
Sounds idyllic but really bad back pain and horribly swollen feet took the shine right off it. GP and I agree losing weight is the way forwards so am ditching all the previous "methods" and going back to basics. Can't do much aerobic exercise yet but have started the strength and flexibility programme ...
I'm really pleased I found this forum for support and inspiration!
