That's part of my motivation too. Got about 18 months to go. I want to lose the weight now as I am sure its going to be harder after that big birthday. Sure you will do it!
Lol hope so, but as my birthday is two weeks away, think it will be a work in progress!!!

Just back from hospital, apparently I have cysts and may need ovary removed .. Didn't deal well with news hence large glass of wine.. That's not gonna help my Monday weigh in!!!

Don't beat yourself up about one glass - it's well needed medication! I am turning the unmentionable number in June and need to get a grip too! Good luck with your journey.
