Thanks for all the encouragement folks! Well, it's day one and I've Just been out for an early morning brisk walk! I used to have a dog and miss the regular walks, so hoping to incorporate these back into my new regime. I already drink a lot of water, but I will look into finding an appetising water based veg too!

Biscuits were always my downfall (like your name!). Have since found that I like caramel rice cakes just as much (well almost) and they are far less calories and fat. Well done for going out for a walk this morning. Hoping that I will fit a walk in before dinner tonight. Have a good day
Didn't manage to fit in a walk and eaten 3 biscuits with my cup of tea today (the rice cake did not step up today). Oh well dinner will have to be a bit lighter to compensate for the calories in the biscuits. Hope you have had a good day
