Week 1 was a good reset.
No loss this week I'm not to sure why, I didn't weigh in last week so maybe I made a gain and there was a loss.
I'm not too focused on that. I did very well with my fibre in take and portion control. I worked out 4 days last week, 45 mins cardio and strength. My body feels good which I'm happy about.
I don't feel bloated anymore. It's all good! I'm taking the time to look at my non scale victories when I don't make a loss.
I have a personal training session today so that will kick start my exercise for the week and I'll continue the healthy eating as normal!
