Hi everyone - happy Sunday to you all. I am going into my 3rd week on the nhs diet. The first week I lost 0.6kg but this week I put in 0.1kg!! Whoops! I am now 64.5kg. I have been staying under the 1400 calories but that includes sweet treats which I know I should stop.

Hope you lose this week 😊 Sweet treats are quite calorie dense so I prefer something more substantial for better value 😊 But it's important to factor in treats too. Finding what works for you is important 😊 Good luck!
I guess you are going to get ups and downs but as long as you have a downward trend you will get there. I guess if you are staying your calorie limit then the sweet treats should be ok but do you have a treat every day? Maybe only have one a couple of times a week and see if that helps. Just an idea Hope you had a good Sunday.
