Just Starting...Again
Hi Scruffs and welcome
I was going to say don't be nervous but I know I tend to do better when I'm nervous or scared because it helps with my concentration (don't want to fail!)
I'm like a stuck record but to help stay focused, join one of the weekly Weigh-ins. Here's today's... healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
... and start using the Daily Diary... healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
The tips you'll pick up along the way but creating structure to your days and weeks to come will be what help those tips stick and work.
Good luck!
Hello, Scruffs, and welcome to the forum
My tip is to check the NHS BMI calculator which will give you an appropriate calorie range for you, and to eat in the middle to upper end of that range. Once you have that in mind, focus on what you eat, rather than how much, as all calories are not equal.
You'll find all you need to make the most of the forum in our Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... I second Tiggerr in recommending a weekly weigh in and the Daily Diary. The more you join in generally, the more you'll get out of it.
All the best
Do follow it I started with this plan and it really gets you into good lifelong habits. Use the form here regularly as there is a lot of support and advice. Record your start weight now and wrist measurement as it is great to see where you started as you get further along your weight loss journey.
Good luck.
