Milestone!

ScarletMissCharlotte profile image

Now down 50lbs from 220lbs in Sept 2015 to 170lbs in March 2016. Another 30lbs to go to target, although depending on what I look like I may drop another 10lbs.

My aim is to be a size 10 and currently a size 16!

That is absolutely brilliant. Well done.  How did you do it? What diet did you follow and did you exercise?

Brilliant :-) You must be so chuffed in losing 50lbs, bring on the next 30! :-) John

Diet and exercise. No specific diet as this is a lifestyle now! I do low carb, for health reasons but apart from that, nothing out of the ordinary.

I do the T25 exercise programme :)

I don't think a UK size 10 is that much of a big deal. I thought it was an average healthy size for my weight.

Congratulations! Did you do this on the nhs diet plan?

Nope not really. I have been in and out of hospital and got told I have PCOS and Celiac, so really it was the carbs that were causing me to put tons of weight on. I cut them out to just having low amounts, and done my workout and the weight has fallen off :)
