I have been dieting and excising eg walking and jogging nearly every day for about 20-30 minutes and clubbercise once a week for about month now I have lost 3lb . Is there anything I can do to help boost my metabolism or do I need to excise more

Fitness and well being are more than numbers on the scales, and anyway, 3lb in a month isn't bad!! have you checked the inches? Are your clothes fitting better? You must feel healthier?
As far as I know you cannot boost your metabolism, perhaps you could reduce your daily calorie intake slightly? not much by the sound of it, 😊
Lots of info on here, many use the myfitnesspal app to work out calories in versus calories out 😊
